Patients always have a choice of whom they are to see as a doctor. Our Receptionists always ask every caller or visitor to our medical clinic in Mentone: “Who do you normally see?” That is to allow our patients to benefit from seeing the same doctor they saw before or seeing a doctor of their choice. Our patients are also asked if they prefer to see a male or female GP.
