Are all patients eligible?
You may be able to claim Medicare rebates for psychological services if you have a medical condition that is being managed by your GP under GP Mental Health Plan.
Eligible conditions
Medical conditions eligible for the Plan are (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, substance abuse, psychotic disorders. There is no list of eligible conditions. Your GP will make that decision.
