Xanthelasma palpebrarum, a common eyelid condition, shows soft yellowish spots. Treatments include surgery, lasers, and peels. This study explores RF ablation’s effectiveness using D.A.S. Medical portable device. 20 patients, 15 female and 5 male, underwent 3/4 sessions at 30-day intervals. Well-tolerated with no side effects, the procedure is fast and pain is low. RF ablation proves effective for xanthelasma palpebrarum, expanding aesthetic treatment options.
